The driver who killed the wife of Monty Williams after smashing into her car while driving at 92 miles per hour had methamphetamine in her system, according to a new report. Susannah Donaldson, 52, crashed into Ingrid Williams at an impact speed of 78 miles per hour in downtown Oklahoma City on February 10, where the speed limit is 40.
